Use of the Platform

Subject to your acceptance of these terms and to payment of applicable fees, Bizinnox grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Appzouk platform for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Appzouk to: violate any law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; transmit malicious code or interfere with platform availability; attempt to access data not belonging to your organisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

Fees & Subscription

Use of Appzouk modules is subject to a subscription fee as agreed in your order form. Fees are payable in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and are subject to the terms of your specific commercial agreement with Bizinnox.

Customer Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload or generate on the platform ('Customer Data'). Bizinnox processes Customer Data only as needed to provide and improve the service, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Appzouk available 99.5% of each calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Service-level commitments for production environments may be enhanced under specific commercial agreements.

Intellectual Property

The Appzouk platform, including its software, design, and content created by Bizinnox, is the property of Bizinnox and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Bizinnox trademarks or branding.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizinnox's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with Appzouk shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in line with the notice provisions in the applicable order form. On termination, your access to the platform ceases and Customer Data is returned or deleted in line with our data retention policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction set out in your order form. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the site. The 'Last updated' date above reflects the most recent revision.
