Project Configuration

The administrative backbone of QEHSOps. Configured before any operational module is used — defining the full project environment: organisational hierarchy, custom form templates, multi-stage approval workflow chains, team structures, GPS-mapped site zones, geo-fence boundaries, and notification rules. Administrators have complete control over how the platform behaves for every project.

Project Hierarchy Builder

Organisation → Project → Zone → Work Area → Work Package. Unlimited depth with drag-and-drop reordering and guided setup wizard.

Dynamic Form Builder

Drag-and-drop field types: text, number, date, dropdown, multi-select, signature, photo capture, GPS stamp, file upload, rating scale, and barcode scan.

Form Logic Engine

Conditional field visibility, mandatory rules, scoring weights, fail-threshold escalation triggers, and remediation action prompts built in.

Workflow & RACI Builder

Multi-stage approval chains — parallel or sequential routing, SLA timers, auto-escalation on breach, rejection routing, and RACI role assignment per stage.

Geo-fence Zone Manager

Draw site boundaries on an interactive Mapbox satellite map. Polygon, circle, and freehand drawing with snap-to-boundary precision and entry/exit rule configuration.

Team & Permission Management

Assign users and contractors with role, reporting line, and module-level permission settings. Bulk import via CSV supported.

Notification Template Engine

Configure push, SMS, and email alerts per event type and user role with variable placeholders (e.g. permit ID, worker name).

Document Library

Upload SOPs, SWMS, and JSAs with version control, effective date, supersession tracking, and mandatory acknowledgement flags.

Full Audit Trail

All configuration changes logged — user, timestamp, field-level before/after diff, and reason for change. Immutable for 7 years.
